About

This site is dedicated to and connected with all things to do with natural therapies and enhancement of human health potential through totally natural means.

I’m a bodywork therapist myself and have trained extensively in a broad range of hands on modalities from reiki and various types of energy healing, through to various soft tissue therapies including holistic massage, shiatsu, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, hot stone massage, myofascial release, visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy.

I continue to investigate and experience regular treatments from other therapists, perhaps in modalities that I haven’t yet experienced. I also continue to go to seminars, workshops, courses and retreats to stimulate my love of experiential learning and self improvement as well as to bring back insights that I might utilize in order to serve my clients more and more efficiently.

The articles posted on this site aim to promote and raise awareness of what is out there in terms of remedial bodywork therapies. Other articles will focus on personal development and product recommendations all of which relate back to the core theme of natural health.

Enjoy.

    Hi Henry,

Just visited your blog. I would be interested in writing an article on Reconnective Healing if you’re interested.

    Cheers,

    Karen

      Hi Karen,

I would absolutely be interested and love for you to share on here a guest article about Reconnective Healing, not least because I’ll be actually attending a levels 1-3 practitioner training at the end of July, hehehe! 🙂

Am particularly interested in hearing about your own experiences, successes and miracles since coming across this work.

      Email me at: info@isca-therapies.co.uk

Look forward to hearing from you.

      Cheers,

      Henry.
